When you use SONIQSTUDIO services, we may process project files, audio files, generated outputs, prompts, job settings, logs, device/browser information, and usage data needed to deliver the requested feature.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve SONIQSTUDIO, including preview access, account services, cloud processing, file conversion, audio generation, support, security, abuse prevention, and service communications.

We do not use your information for unrelated purposes without a valid reason or your consent where required.

No Sale Of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Files And Cloud Services

If you request a cloud-based service, we may temporarily upload, store, process, transmit, or cache the files and data needed to perform that service. This can include audio files, generated sound effects, loops, instrumental audio tracks, metadata, export files, and processing logs.

We retain this information only as needed to provide the requested service, support the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect against abuse.

Service Providers And Partners

We may share information, files, prompts, job data, and outputs with trusted service providers or partners only when needed to provide requested services, process payments, host infrastructure, run cloud jobs, deliver generated audio, provide support, or protect the platform.

These partners are expected to handle information only for the services they provide to SONIQS and not for their own unrelated marketing purposes.

AI Training

We do not train our AI systems on your personal data, private files, uploaded audio, project files, prompts, generated outputs, or service request data.

Retention

Most temporary files, generated job data, processing files, and cloud-service data are retained only for up to 14 days and then permanently deleted from active systems, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, billing, abuse-prevention, backup, or support reasons.

Account, waitlist, support, and business records may be retained for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.

Your Choices And Requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to identity verification and legal or operational requirements.

You may also request deletion of files or service data that SONIQS still retains. If the data has already been deleted under our temporary retention process, it may no longer be recoverable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

SONIQSTUDIO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
